website. Thanks for taking the time to visit our site - I hope that you find it
informative and easy to navigate. I have attempted to address many of the
pressing issues that face our city, but if you have questions about my position

and I will respond. After serving
nearly eight years on the City Council, I remain firmly committed to
quality of life issues for our residents, including everyone’s right to a
clean, safe neighborhood with amenities such as well-maintained parks, streets,
and sidewalks. I am committed to serving you with honesty and integrity,
and complete dedication to the job. I believe that the following four
actions are critical to our city’s continued success:
We all want efficient city
services, low crime, safe, modern schools where our children receive world-class
instruction, clean neighborhoods, and economic development projects that provide
convenient shopping and better jobs for all of us, but particularly for the 42%
of Birmingham households that make less than $25,000 annually. We must work together to make
these dreams a reality. I am committed to addressing the many issues facing our
city for ALL residents and I hope that you will read the Issues
